Pedi-Sox: Review & Giveaway!

Hi guys!

A couple of weeks ago we were contacted by Pedi-Sox, an American company who make toe-less pedicure socks that are one-of-a-kind, asking if we would be interested in reviewing their product and holding a giveaway for you!

We received four pairs from Pedi-Sox, two pairs of the original Pedi-Sox, one pair California Summer Weight and one pair of The New Mary Jane's!

So how do you use Pedi-Sox?

So on with the review!

This is how they came, and the two that we are deciding to review.

First up is the original pair, on the left in the picture above, which have been reviewed by me - Andie!

These are quite thick and as you can probably see, have a pink stripe along the bottom and top along with the Pedi-Sox name along the top. I put some foot moisturiser on my feet before putting them on and after a couple of hours they still feel soft inside the sock!

Because they are thick, they are very warm and comfortable when I walked around! I was very impressed with the quality of them when they arrived and when I first put them on, I didn't expect them to be this comfy!

Putting them on was as I expected, a little difficult because they're new and haven't been worn before! However this has gotten easier with the fact I have now used them a few times.

I painted my toenails after I put the original pair of Pedi-Sox on and left them to dry, but my feet stayed warm throughout the process. While they were drying, I relaxed, which led to my toes getting a bit cold! However this was because I wasn't moving about, as my fingers do the same thing when I paint them and leave them to dry!

As I said above, I have now worn them a couple more times and these times I did move about my house, and my toes didn't get as cold as they did the first time I tried the Sox. I also find that when I take the Sox off, after having them on for a few hours, my feet are really moisturised! (Due to me putting moisturiser on before putting the Sox on and the magic that they perform!) 

In normal circumstances, I would have brought the original pair for winter, just so my toes are more protected while they are painted and so my feet stay warm while I do this. But in summer, I think I would prefer a thinner pair!

Next we have the California Summer Weight pair reviewed by me - Lisa!

There are loads of different designs in the California Summer Weight range and the pair that we received were in the polka dot design. I love this design as it isn't plain and boring and they add a bit of fun to the Pedi-Sox.

They are very comfortable and kept my feet nice and warm while I painted my toenails. The Pedi-Sox allowed my toenails to dry without me smudging them after becoming impatient with having cold feet and putting socks on! Because they aren't too thick, like the originals, they won't make my feet too hot in the summer, making these perfect all year round.

Before putting them on I always use some foot moisturiser and they allowed it to absorb better making my feet nice and smooth!

I really like these and they will defiantly make me paint my toenails a lot more often!
I would recommend Pedi-Sox and am very glad that they are beginning to make them available to customers in the UK.
